Creek Crossing is more than a place on the lake, it’s home.
Creek Crossing is a covenant community, nestled in a wooded natural setting, consisting of 50 waterfront lots on the big water part of the lake. The average lot size is .69 acre +/- and average shoreline of 207 +/- feet. Creek Crossing is an exclusive community with paved roads, under ground power, city water, street lights, custom landscaping, and a private boat access area.
Creek Crossing consists of the southern portion of what was originally the Mitchell farm. It is a wooded area surrounded by the shoreline of the lake on one side and project lands of the Alabama Power Company on the other. These project lands are set aside for natural habitat and recreational purposes which ensures that we will not be over-developed with high density living. Birds and wildlife are abundant in the area.
